TORCROFT SELF CATERING CHALETS
Facilities and Prices for 2007 :
Our five self catering chalets are set on a birch-clad hillside in Glenurquhart, just 4 miles west of Loch Ness, and an ideal base for touring the Highlands. Inverness capital city of the Highlands of Scotland is just 20 minutes drive..
The chalets offer Scottish Tourist Board graded 3 star quality accommodation on this spacious private woodland site. Torcroft chalet park is ideal for families, situated well off the main road and safe for children to play.
Each of the lodges have two large bedrooms, comfortably furnished, one double & one twin, (you will find all beds made up, ready for use), a bathroom & a large comfortable lounge with colour TV and dining area. You will find everything you need in the kitchen, including a full size fridge , cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea towels, a large selection of saucepans and other utensils.
The only things you need to bring are yourselves, your food and possibly a drink or two! but if you should forget anything then there are shops at Drumnadrochit just 4 miles from Torcroft, you will drive through Drumnadrochit on the loch Ness road on route to your chalet.
Outside each of the chalets there are tables and chairs for your own private use. Sit out and enjoy the view, a B.B.Q. and listen to the stunning silence!
There is parking close by (3 of the lodges you can park right beside) and the others are just 20 seconds away and I’m always willing to give you a helping hand with your luggage.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be waiting for you in your Lodge, along with a pint of milk in your fridge, so you can just put the kettle on and relax as soon as you arrive, because we know you packed the tea bags somewhere right at the bottom of the car boot!!
There are automatic heaters in all rooms. Electric is by £1 coin meter and towels are available for hire if you wish.LOCAL SERVICES
